Luther L. Wright K-12 School is located in Gogebic County, Ironwood, Michigan.

Ironwood Michigan is the western-most city located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan about 18 miles south of Lake Superior. The population of Ironwood, MI is approximately 5,387 people. 

​While originally an iron mining town, the area is now known for its downhill skiing resorts, including Big Powderhorn, Blackjack, Indianhead, Mount Zion, and Whitecap as well as its cross country skiing at the Wolverine Nordic Trail System and the ABR Nordic Center. 

Equally popular are the miles of trails for biking, snowmobiling, and ATV riding. 

Luther L. Wright K-12 has an approximate enrollment of 750 students.
